Inspection Principle

Designed as an aid to day-to-day activities in the Quality Control Laboratory, KY-PP performs high-precision inspection of transparent PET preforms, including the top-seal, the bottom, the body and the thread area. The inspection includes identification of colour defects, diameter and wall thickness measurements, surface defect detection, etc. KY-PP can read the number of cavities moulded in the neck of the preform to produce statistics based on this number. This new version of the machine introduces the patented inspection module that applies innovative Artificial Intelligence tools to the inspection with Polarised Light also.

• Enabling and disabling the system detection function
• Detection index parameters and accuracy adjustment
• Template sampling and saving, storage and retrieval of sample information
• Camera screen calibration function
• Real time production information display of the system (qualification rate, total output, speed, etc.), browsing of historical production information, export and storage functions
• Manage permissions based on login account (example, disabling parameter adjustment for general operation users)

Machine Maintenance

• Cleaning: Carefully clean the dust on the machine (lenses/conveyor belt); Cleaning method: Please clean the machine with soft cloth soaked with slight alcohol
• Air supply system Check: Keep watching the air pressure, the pressure must keep at 0.6-0.8mpa. Cleaning the air system which include the air tank and air filter. The air supply system needs to be drained in time, and the filter element needs to be replaced regularly. I
• In‐service inspection: During the operation, please check whether the cap unscrambling machine is working normally and whether there is any blockage. In case of blockage, it needs to be dealt with in time.

Delivery Time

The production cycle of the whole machine is expected to take 12-15 weeks. If additional inspection requirements are added or more adjustment needed, the time will be appropriately extended accordingly. After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, our company arranges after-sales personnel to complete installation and adjustment at the customer's site.le system.
