Even tethered caps do not present a problem since our inspection system is already prepared for the new EU regulation by means of special tethered cap inspection features.

Inspection principle

With its eight high resolution cameras, a precision of 1/100th of a millimeter, more than 40 inspection criteria per closure and a speed of up to 60 closures per second, the CapWatcher Q-Line gathers 144.000 cavity related product information per minute. Thanks to a full 360° inspection, you will no longer receive any customer complaints about delivery quality. You have the total control over your production process.
