Inspection principle

The overall equipment integrates mechanical mechanism, visual optical hardware and detection system software, rejecting and counting devices for defective products. After the product is produced, the product is transported to the inspection station by the gasket machine belt for sequential inspection.

After comparing and analyzing the image processing software and the standardized sample, the good product and the defective product are judged. The defective product is automatically eliminated online, and the counting function can be realized after the finished product is inspected. After the product inspection, it is transported by the export conveyor line to the back-end for the next packaging process. The equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day, instead of manual inspection, which can greatly improve production efficiency and product quality.

Application of cameras

• For the detection of the top surface of the bottle cap, the top surface of the bottle cap is suspended by the vacuum adsorption belt, and a set of industrial cameras are installed below, and with the use of visual light source, the image of the top surface of the bottle cap is collected for processing.
• For the detection of the concave surface of the bottle cap, a set of industrial cameras are installed above the bottle cap, and with the use of visual light source, the image of the concave surface of the bottle cap is collected for processing.
• For the detection of the outer side of the bottle cap, 4 sets of industrial cameras are installed around the bottle cap to form a 360-degree ring surface detection, which is used in conjunction with the visual light source, and the side image is collected and processed by the system.
