Inspection principle

The design scheme uses 11 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources to conduct all-round visual inspections for product appearance defects and size problems. The inspection speed is 400 pieces/minute, and the equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day. Unqualified products can be automatically removed online

Vision solutions

The pictures taken by the scheme only involve obvious air bubbles, dirty materials and small white spots. Due to the complexity of glass product defects, the corresponding defect samples should be provided for other defects to be detected, and defect samples of different positions should be provided as much as possible for the same defect.

Compatibility: For the inspection of vials of different specifications, parameters such as camera working parameters and camera height need to be adjusted. It is best to have a sample to test whether it is compatible.
